Your trade union needs its members to help out in local campaigns to get Labour candidates elected INTO office. Only by getting involved can you help ensure that the work of the Labour Government so far is protected, that everything on offer in the third term of the Labour Government under the Warwick Agreement becomes a reality, and that there is no return to the failed policies of the Tory past.
Fill in the volunteering form below and you will be contacted by your local trade union co-ordinator who will give details of local activities you can get involved in.
Whilst the next general election does not have to be called until May 2010, there are plenty of other elections trade unionists can help the Labour party win.
2007 Welsh assembly elections, Scottish parliamentary elections, Scottish local government elections and some English local government elections
2008 GLA elections, Welsh local government elections and some English local government elections
2009 European parliament elections, Northern Ireland local government elections and some English local government elections
2010 UK general election (assuming a full five year term) and some English local government elections
Members are needed to stuff envelopes, deliver leaflets, knock on doors and a whole host of other tasks.
Your trade union also needs its members to take the message into the workplace about what's on offer from a third term Labour Government and the threat that the Tories pose to everything that's been achieved so far. Click here to order campaign materials for use in your workplace.
